Eastern Cape Group 1 & 2: Communication and Customer Focused Strategies:
16 – 18 November 2011 = Mpongo Hotel

Eastern Cape Group 3 : Finance Management and Budgeting:
23 – 25 November 2011 = Summerstrand Hotel.

All learners must log in 2 weeks prior to a contact session and use the platform to access sources etc up to the stage when the summative assignment has to be submitted.  These modules carry a number of credits based on the number of notional hours learners spend on the module.  The notional hours consist of the number of contact hours, the hours spent on the formative and summative assignment and the hours spent on the e-platform in discussions, searches, reading etc.  In order to gain the credits we must have proof that learners have spent time on the system and this is currently not the case as most learners use the platform merely as a post office.
